• Type 2 - A framed circle 28 mm in diameter with 'POSTAGE PAID' round the top, 'BRISBANE,Q' round the foot, with a short dash at each side and the date in the centre in two lines; the month and day placed high under the top inscription and the year in two digits above the lower. Known used on cover in October 1899 and 25 August 1905 and on a postage due dated November 1903. Campbell type 3. Rated 5R
