This type was not listed by Campbell. There are several different 'Q. L' at bottom Brisbane datestamps. To assist in distinguishing them see my page HERE. This type is easy to identify as it is the only Unframed Q. L type. From 1899 onwards some examples exhibit curved lines around 'Q. L' suggesting that more than one implement may have been in use
